Start your business profile
Open onboarding.md in a text editor. Copy all its text into a new chat on your chosen platform, answer the questions and save your completed profile.
Choose an assistant and begin
In a new chat, paste the chosen assistant's instructions below the first --- divider, then your saved profile and task. Review the draft before using it.

The interview
Every pack starts with an onboarding file. When you paste its contents, the AI asks you about your business one section at a time — services, service area, pricing rules, how you like to sound, what it must never promise. It records only what you tell it. That profile is what every assistant reads before it drafts, which is why the drafts sound like your business and not a generic one. Save the completed profile. To start work, open a new chat and paste the chosen assistant's instructions below its first --- divider, then your saved profile and task.

What can I use the assistants for?
Start with the work that suits your pack: enquiry replies, quotes, invoice reminders, job records, content or reports. Give the assistant your notes and business context, then use its structured response as your starting point.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No specialist technical knowledge is expected. Follow the included Word guide for your platform; it walks you through setup and the onboarding questions for your business.
Which platform should I buy?
Choose the edition for the AI provider you use. File-upload features, account requirements and limits can vary by provider, plan, device and account. Follow the included Word guide for the current setup steps.
What exactly do I download?

Is it a subscription?
No. A$199 including GST, paid once. Your ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot account is your own and is not included.
What if it won't install on my platform?
Having trouble getting started? Contact me within 14 days of purchase and I’ll help troubleshoot. If we can’t get your pack installed as described on the advertised platform, I’ll give you a full refund.

Where does my business information go?
Information you add during normal pack use goes to your chosen AI provider under that provider's terms and settings. MayneAI receives information only if you separately send it to support or another MayneAI channel.
